    I also agree its best as far as cross ventilation is concerned, sunlight in each flat is plenty, privacy part is best due to orientation of balconies and rooms, Even in the bathrooms you need not switch on light in day time. For last one and a half year its a sea change. All vehicles are now accommodated in basements thanks to hard work by some of the residents elected or not.
