    the quality work of other builders as compared to shipra is far better. of course others are also making money but with quality.even new suntower no A gives old look and work is still going on , which was supossed to be handed over much earlier. I dont understand the reason why not all families have shifted

    Shipra management is very very very slow in handing over flats. very few people in suntower A have shifted and the fate of B, C AND D is not known. They have exeeded much more the time limit of handing over of TOWER B AND C . Moreover the security is the biggest threat in these flats because of the stupid design of the main balcony provided by the architect. Every resident has an easy access to the other flat because of railing , which even a child can easily cross,you leave aside the thives.Moreover the yellow colour of the exterior is horrible which i am sure they will not change and there is no one to listen
