Ghaziabad is well connected with Delhi by Rail and bus and nearest to Delhi if compared to other places like Faridabad, Narela and Greater Noida. Major problems are the transport facility in night from Delhi and electricity but may be solved in near future.

  • Shipra Suncity Neo Appts under construction, shrikantji wrote 13 years ago:
Had it been completed in 2009-10 (the promised date), Shipra Neo would have been a crowning glory for Shipra Estate. Fact of the matter is that some of the promised (swimming-pool & club, etc.) common area facilities are yet to be constructed. Still, the two-bedroom apartments, tagged as luxury flats (most having builder-fitted split AC, modular kitchen, and electrical fittings, etc.), are located in one of the prime-areas in Indirapuram, and by 2013, should fetch a price of about Rs. 75 Lac/flat (1200 sq. ft.). If the metro-line really comes at around CISF, the station would barely be 100 meters from these apartments. The area, otherwise, has all the amenities (schools, malls/cinemas, eateries, hospital, vegetable/dairy/poultry and grocery-vendors, auto-rikshaws, etc.) in about a radius of 1 kilometer, is highly developed, accessible, and therefore,is most sought after in the region.
